Agreement
These Terms form an agreement between you and UnionByte Limited (“UnionByte,” “we,” “us”). Installing or using a product that links to them means you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and authority
Products are intended for users aged 17 or older, subject to higher local requirements. You must be authorized to use each device, camera, network, printer, file, image, video, and destination.
Limited licence
We grant a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for lawful use under these Terms and app-store rules. No ownership transfers.
Camera and media responsibility
Use capture or monitoring functions only where lawful and with required notice or consent. You control selected photos and video and must respect privacy, confidentiality, copyright, and recording laws.
Network and nearby-device safety
Connect only to networks, cameras, printers, and nearby devices you own or are authorized to use. Verify device identity before sending media or print jobs. Do not use discovery functions to probe unauthorized networks.
Printing and file review
Review pages, file format, copies, printer, network, and destination before confirming. Print availability and output depend on hardware, drivers, network conditions, paper, ink, and independent services.
Remote processing
A selected camera, photo, or video function may upload media for remote processing. You grant only the limited licence needed to transmit, process, return, secure, and delete that material. Uploaded media and results are deleted within two weeks of the related activity.
Permissions and alerts
Camera, microphone, photo, file, storage, Local Network, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or notification permission may be needed. You control access in device settings, but related functions may stop when permission is denied.
Acceptable use
Do not violate recording or privacy law, access devices without authority, distribute malware, bypass security, disrupt networks, misrepresent monitoring, infringe rights, or facilitate fraud or unlawful surveillance.
Advertising, SDKs, and independent services
Relevant versions may contain ads or SDKs. App stores, advertisers, analytics or security providers, printers, camera makers, and sharing destinations operate under separate terms. Integration is not endorsement.
Free trials and automatic renewal
Some UnionByte products offer a free trial followed by an automatically renewing paid subscription. The purchase screen states the price, trial and billing periods, eligibility, and renewal terms. Cancel through the applicable app-store account before the stated renewal deadline to avoid the next charge. Uninstalling does not cancel a subscription.
Ownership, updates, and termination
Products, software, design, documentation, and UnionByte marks are protected by law. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features for security, compatibility, provider, legal, or operational reasons, and may terminate access for material breach.
Disclaimers and liability
Products are provided “as is” and “as available” where permitted. We do not guarantee uninterrupted monitoring, device discovery, print output, network security, remote processing, or recovery. UnionByte is not liable for indirect, special, consequential, or punitive loss where limitation is lawful.
Law, general terms, and contact
Applicable law governs without regard to conflict rules; courts with competent jurisdiction may hear disputes, subject to mandatory consumer rights. Invalid terms are severed and delay is not waiver. Contact [email protected] or see Data Deletion.
